Here, you are a short walk from shops, the golden Instow Beach, restaurants serving a variety of local seafood, and the sand dunes at the end of Marine Parade. For more active folk, step right off the doorstep to the Tarka Trail for miles of footpaths, cycling, and surfing beaches. Added bonuses: secure storage for your bicycles and surfboards, and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. Inside, regal details paired with a relaxed beach vibe welcome you. In the main living area find plush sofas, an ornate fireplace, and large bay windows allowing fresh ocean breeze in. Impressive kitchen and dining accommodations include underfloor heating, a Bose music system, and a large table surrounded by a comfy wraparound bench. Gather friends and family here or in the enclosed garden complete with barbecue, grassy yard, and a path leading to some more plant life and bench seating.
