There are two flights of stairs to climb on arrival – there is no lift.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between May and September, a fan will be provided in all bedrooms.
By design, the coffee table’s glass top balances on its base and is not attached.
Some time after the summer 2026, the property above will be undergoing refurbishment lasting several weeks. This will involve scaffolding on the exterior of the building. During this time, expect activity, materials, and noise to be evident inside the building and noticeable from within the flat.
