Salt House Serenity is an 18th century, Grade-II listed home overlooking the River Teign. Up to eight people can sleep here, so this home is perfect for friends and families looking for a traditional coastal break. Wherever you are in the house you can’t seem to get away from the view of the harbour and the moors, whether it’s the bedroom, living room or the large private garden. Speaking of the garden, there’s furniture for alfresco dining and tons of space for kids to kick a ball round. The quaint fishing village of Shaldon is just ten minutes walk away, with its pretty thatched cottages and narrow winding streets. If you fancy somewhere a bit more lively for the day, Exeter and Torquay are just a short drive away and have plenty of shops, attractions and restaurants.
