Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Brimming with natural light and colourful charm, this holiday home is ideal for family get-togethers or gatherings of treasured friends. Thoughtfully furnished, you’ll find little touches of luxury in the communal areas, such as Sonos speakers in the dining room and a wood-burning stove in the living room. The south-facing garden gets plenty of light and features a large table for alfresco dining. Kids and the young at heart will love the outdoor table tennis and trampoline. But if the weather’s not on your side, not to worry – the beautiful dining room is on hand for memorable afternoon feasts and evening banquets. If venturing out, you’ll find a shop and a deli right on your doorstep, and the nearest pub is a seven-minute walk away. Walk for ten minutes and you’ll find yourself among the sand dunes of Walberswick Beach. During the summer months, you can take a ferry to the famous seaside town of Southwold (a footbridge is available the rest of the year). For longer excursions, we recommend exploring the scenic Suffolk Coast Path.

About Southwold

Visiting Southwold as a child is an experience you’ll never forget, and you’re unlikely to as an adult either. The pier, with its traditional pavilion, might look like any other late-Victorian pier from the outside, but it’s a must-visit in this seaside town. What makes Southwold Pier different is its arcade of humorous, quirky, coin-operated machines. Created by the inventor Tim Hunkin, they feature a range of eccentric – and...
