Perfect for small families and friend groups, this baby pink cottage has ample social space, with an open-plan living-dining-kitchen area as well as a sunny terrace. Upstairs, the master bedroom is perfect for some peace and quiet, with a comfy double bed and an en-suite shower room – or run yourself a bath in the big tub downstairs. Set in the historic part of Southwold, the home is surrounded by fascinating landmarks, including the lighthouse, which can also be seen from the patio. Wander up the high street to browse the independent shops or try a tasting session at Adnams Brewery. It's only a five minute walk to the shingle beach and pier, or catch the ferry to neighbouring Walberswick for fish and chips by the sea.
