Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Take your family or your closest friends to this barn conversion, tucked away in the charming village of Middleton (one of Suffolk’s best-kept secrets). Don't let the traditional exterior fool you – this home is sleek and modern while retaining the original elements of the agricultural building. Set in the owner’s grounds, with rare breed sheep grazing in the neighbouring field, and far-reaching country views, it’s a rural idyll, whatever the season. Spend balmy summer days picnicking in wildflower meadows and drinking cold rosé in the garden, or visit in winter for long walks, and hot chocolate in front of the wood burner. Cook together in the contemporary kitchen, and gather in the lounge after eating for a lively board game session, or just relax with a good film and your favourite drinks. You’re ideally positioned for a day trip to the coast, with the sandy beach at Dunwich just a fifteen-minute drive away. If you’re holidaying with another group, the home next door can also be booked for a bigger getaway. And, for a unique experience, the owners are opening an etching studio, where you can arrange a printmaking course for a true escape from the city.
