Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Set in the bucolic Suffolk countryside, this farmhouse has shaken off any traces of its former life and been converted into a luxurious Bond-like hideaway. Found in expansive grounds, the house has wraparound floor-to-ceiling windows on two floors, with views over the gardens or, at night, the starry sky. The top floor is a cavernous open space. Rustle up some fresh food in the kitchen or chat idly on the deluxe sofas. In the colder months, curl up by the feature fireplace or set the huge table, ready for a big family supper. On warmer evenings, migrate to the terrace, which has comfy outdoor sofas overlooking the trees and a pizza oven for casual dinners, alongside a gas barbecue. The six bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms, but we love the master, with its sliding doors and access to the house’s wraparound terrace. At the end of the day, find some peace and quiet in one of the big bathtubs, or take a turn around the water feature in the lovely garden. There are lots of stunning walking routes in the area, and it's only a short drive to the coast.
