Step back in time with a stay at this enchanting cottage in the Suffolk countryside. A Grade II-listed Tudor home that's brimming with charm and character, it's perfect for a romantic escape. With curved lined with wooden beams, touches of exposed brick, and a crackling log fireplace, you’ll fall in love with this countryside cottage. This home excuses comfort and relaxation, with plush sofas and plenty of natural light. Upstairs, the luxurious bed promises a restful night's sleep, with views of the picturesque street to greet you in the morning. You’re right in the heart of Long Melford, a charming little village. A short two-minute walk in that direction and you’ll find independent boutiques, antique shops, cosy coffee shops, and welcoming pubs. If you want to stretch your legs, there are plenty of walking trails nearby. Melford Country Park is particularly beautiful, with the River Stour running alongside you. It’s just a twenty-five-minute walk or a three-minute drive. And with various bike hire shops in the village, exploring the area’s many cycle routes is a doddle. It’s a joyous way to see a new place –happy and free with the wind ripping past you. When you get home, you’ll feel the warmth of this home all over again. Warm up from the glow of the fire, or make the most of the charming garden. Sharing a bottle of wine while surrounded by the twinkling fairy lights is a little slice of magic.
