The farmers who once kept their cows in this former outbuilding would certainly be surprised to see its transformation into this light and airy home, which sleeps ten in comfort and style. Set beside a small lake, everything you want from a country escape is here, with five en-suite bedrooms (one in a separate annexe), underfloor heating for colder days, and masses of entertainment for all ages – including a shared games room with table tennis, air hockey and table football, an outdoor playground and a patio with barbecue and boules court. Located near the north Norfolk village of Briston, the house is within walking distance to a pub, two shops, a bakery and a butcher, so you can pop out for a pint and easily stock up on all the ingredients for a big breakfast for the morning after. The gorgeous Norfolk coast is just a short drive away, with Wells-next-the-Sea and Cromer boasting the best beaches.
