Sitting on the top floor of a hand-crafted timber-framed barn, this comfortable home offers ease and comfort amidst the beautiful Suffolk countryside. Boasting beautiful views across the surrounding fields, the living area invites you to sit back and relax, especially after a busy day of lawn games on the shared grounds and rambling along the nearby walking paths. A cute balcony overlooking the treetops is set with a bistro-style table and chairs, perfect for sunny alfresco breakfasts and celebratory sundowners as the light turns golden. With a cosy bedroom and a gorgeous corner tub to sink into with a glass of bubbly, you’re all set for a calm, carefree time. You’ll be staying in the hamlet of Ilketshall St Margaret, just south of the picturesque market town of Bungay. Here you’ll find plenty of shopping and dining opportunities, and you can get there in just ten minutes by car (the barn has plenty of parking) or half an hour by bicycle. After all, you’ll also be surrounded by a warren of National Cycle Routes, guaranteed to keep any keen cyclists busy. Elsewhere, Lowestoft and its beach are a half an hour drive and the medieval city of Norwich is forty minutes away by car.
