Tucked among the coastal lanes in Padstow, this family home has oodles of charm. Step through the front door and you'll find a homely living room with cushy beach-house sofas, rustic wooden floorboards and an Xbox to keep the kids busy. The country-style kitchen is fully-equipped for cooking up homemade meals, which you can tuck into around the dining table or outside on the patio. Speaking of, although the outside space isn't huge, it's perfect for catching the sun. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or watching the day fade away come evening, the courtyard is a great spot to bask in the sea air. As far as locations go, you're just a five-minute walk from the harbour, independent shops, pubs and restaurants in town. Rent a bike and cycle down the Camel Trail (a five-minute walk away), splash in the sea at St. George's Cove (twenty minutes on foot) or just admire the views from the riverfront – whatever you get up to, you’re sure to make the most out of your Cornish getaway.
