This seaside cottage is located a few streets back from the sea; but as it’s situated atop a hill, it still boasts wonderful ocean views. Take in these panoramic vistas from the master bedroom or walk on down to the beach to experience it all in person – just a three-minute stroll away. The private balcony is idyllically set up for a glass of wine as the sun sets in the balmy sky come evening time. With four bedrooms for eight guests, this coastal getaway is ideal for an extended family. The back garden contains plenty of isolated seating spaces, perfect for a summer barbecue, dining alfresco or simply soaking in the sun. The inside is also spacious, with a large open-plan kitchen and dining room and a piano in the entrance hall. We especially love the conservatory; where you can enjoy the sunshine without stepping outdoors. However, we’d recommend making a beeline for Newquay’s celebrated Lusty Glaze Beach and the abundance of surfboards, wet suits and bodyboards that are available to rent. With food and drink options aplenty, a day on the beach simply isn't complete without cornish ice cream in the afternoon or a good old fashioned fish and chips come dinnertime.
