This little place is a seaside gem with a garden to die for. On the desirable North End of New Smyrna Beach, you'll be just a five-minute walk away from the sandy shore. Decorated in coastal tones with pretty period features, this charming cottage is in a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac and is a comfortable home from home, with everything you could need. The kitchen and bathroom are modern, and there's a convenient desk if you need to get some work done, but it's the outside space that really steals the show. With a quarter acre of luscious, tropical gardens, you'll want nothing more than to find a shady spot and put your feet up with a cold beer. If you do feel the need for action, there are kayaks and surfboards to hire nearby, and there's a dock where you can watch dolphins and seabirds just one block away.
