Situated in the charming coastal village of Salthouse, this cosy cottage is perfect for a family looking to get away from it all. With its comfy sofa, warm wood accents, and a log-burning stove, the living space commands curling up with a hot cup of tea and a wedge of local treacle tart on grey days. But when it’s sunny out, make a beeline for the garden and enjoy a picnic on the lawn or a spot of afternoon tea at the dining table. If exploring is on the cards, take a ten-minute stroll through your neighbourhood to the Salthouse Marshes – keep an eye out for Spoonbills feeding in the pools. Stop off at the Dun Cow pub on the way home for classic British fare or jump in the car and drive for twenty minutes to Cromer to pick your way across the sandy beach and enjoy fish and chips by the pier.
