Tucked away at the edge of an expansive farm estate, this place is made up of a self-contained cottage and barn conversion – both lovingly restored and furnished with a contemporary flourish. Gather your ensemble for a feast in the grand midnight blue dining area. The two living and dining rooms are bright and light, each with a wood burner and plenty of logs to keep things cosy. Each bedroom has been individually styled with a blend of navy and sage green walls, and you'll find modern up-cycled furniture throughout to make you feel like you’re in a boutique hotel. If you fancy a tipple, there's a well-stocked honesty bar. Outside, you'll find three acres of private land made up of rolling green hills, flower-filled meadows and tree-studded, landscaped gardens. It's utterly idyllic and you’ll struggle to tear yourself away – but if you can muster up the energy, the bustling market town of Honiton is around six miles away, and Branscombe Beach is a thirty-minute drive from home. And, for even bigger groups, an additional cottage can be arranged upon request for a fee.

• Upon request, your host can accommodate an additional four guests (sleeping up to 23 people in total) in a second self-contained cottage. This costs £385 per night plus a £95 cleaning fee. This cottage has two-ensuite bedrooms.

• Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you for an additional fee of £40 each.
