You'll feel like you're starring in your own Merchant Ivory movie at this apartment with partial views overlooking the Grand Canal. Located on the Rio de San Vidal and seventy-five metres from Ponte dell'Accademia, you're within a fifteen-minute walk of all the city's main sights, including the Bridge of Sighs and Basilica di San Marco. Mind you, this stunning home feels like a destination in its own right. From the marble bathrooms with Jacuzzi baths to the crystal glassware, everything is just so. The living space and bedrooms are decorated with antique furnishings, vintage paintings and opulent draped curtains, while family portraits and shelves lined with books make it feel like home. There's even that most Venetian of outdoor spaces, a tiny balcony for you to take tea before heading out to explore the city.

About Bellagio
It’s easy to see why Bellagio has earned its title as the Pearl of Lake Como. From cobbled streets and historic architecture to mesmerising views, it’s the perfect setting from which to stage your lakeside adventure. Mingle with tourists and locals as you wind your way up Salita Serbelloni to admire the views, explore the Basilica of San Giacomo, wander through the Melzi gardens, and linger over sunset drinks at...

Explore the Gallerie dell'Accademia
This is the place to discover the city's most important art collection, spanning the fourteenth to the eighteenth century.
A moment of reflection at Santa Maria della Salute
Located at the end of Punta Dogana, this impressive church was built during the plague. The sacristy is home to paintings by Tintoretto and Titan.
Enjoy the Peggy Guggenheim collection
This private collection houses works by key twentieth-century artists including Dalì, Picasso, and Mondrian. The palace it's held in is a marvel in itself.
Taste a Bellini at the Harry's Bar
Harry's Bar is the birthplace of the bellini, and it used to be one of Hemingway's top spots in Venice. As expected, the cocktail offering here is excellent.
See an opera at Teatro la Fenice
Teatro la Fenice's name translates to 'Phoenix Theatre', a name it earned by being burned down twice. Remember to book in advance – most shows sell out.
Photograph the view from the bridge
Ponte dell'Accademia is the southernmost of the four bridges of Venice that cross the Canal Grande, and it offers the best view of the water.
Have an ice cream at Gelateria Nico
Come here especially for the gianduiotto, a swirl of ice cream placed in a glass before being drowned in whipped cream.
Make reservations at Bistrot de Venise
An exquisite gem in the heart of Venice, offering authentic Italian cuisine with modern twists. Meticulously prepared dishes, flawless service, and an ambience that captivates.
