On a quiet cul-de-sac near the popular resort town of Moraira, this home boasts views of the sea and surrounding countryside. Traditional in style, with some quirky design features, you've got exposed beams, tiled floors, and whitewashed walls, alongside a double height living space, with an open staircase and galleried landing. Upstairs, arched windows, wood shutters and beams add yet more character. There’s plenty of outdoor space, including a superb, curved infinity pool where you can gaze at the Mediterranean while relaxing on your inflatable of choice. The covered terrace is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, while on the other side of the house you’ll find a small outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue. There’s plenty to keep you busy out and about too. A five-minute drive away, Moraira has a wide array of shopping, drinking, and dining options, and the nearby Playa del Portet is where you can get your nearest beach fix.
