Nestled in a cul-de-sac of rose petals and overhanging vines, this charming villa, located in the commune of La Croix-Valmer, will have you steps away from one of the quieter beaches along the French Riviera, Plage du Débarquement. Peering through the lush greenery, the home benefits from sweeping views of the sea and sandy shores below. Wonderfully situated, to stay here is to be close enough to nip into the town for essentials, while feeling secluded and private. A rustic building, the style is traditional – think tiled-flooring, ornate pieces of antique furniture and quaint paintings. In the master bedroom, pick a book from the little library and step out onto the terrace with it. Enjoy your morning coffee on the sun-dappled patio blooming with bougainvilleas, dine al fresco under the gentle shade of the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean ocean, and follow the stepped path down to the beach – with everything around you, you’ll have no choice but to slow right down and unwind.

Due to its hillside location this home is not suitable for small children.
The beach is accessed by a steep stepped path down, which may be difficult for people with reduced mobility.
The lower floor bedroom is accessed from outside of the villa.
