From exploring the winding Medieval towns that punctuate the region (it’s 17km from beautiful Gordes) to hiking through thick forest, this home is in the heart of Luberon national park. While the spot is part of a resort, there's a strong sense of privacy thanks to large, shrub-surrounded gardens and spacious plots. Best for walking, rest, and relaxation, the villa has got its own private swimming pool. Cool off on hot summer days, before bagging your space on one of the loungers. Inside, Provincial charm meets modern style, from the grey sofas with poppy cushions to the pencil-drawn prints on walls. Bedrooms each have their own shower for washing swimming pool water off quickly, before heading back out and lighting up the BBQ for feasting alfresco.
