We love this pocket of calm in the heart of Soho. With some of the best bits of the city within a few minutes' walk – Regent Street, Mayfair, Piccadilly Circus – this newly built apartment is perfectly placed. Inside, there’s no scrimping on the details, which makes for a home chock full of character. The furniture is positively swoon-worthy; sink into a beautifully upholstered bed at the end of a busy day of shopping and theatre-going. Though there are still signs of its seedier past if you look hard enough, Soho is now home mainly to affluent young media types most of whom work in the area and who love the period townhouses, history-filled pubs, and buzzing independent restaurant scene. If you want to be in the thick of London's late-night bar scene and rubbing shoulders with London's hippest young things, then you're in the right place. If you want peace and quiet at the end of the day and are a light sleeper then you might want to look elsewhere.
