Idle afternoons are best spent dining alfresco under the veranda, ambling through endless crops and olive groves, or perusing the rolling hills down below. Unutterably pretty, we love the exposed stone, wood-beamed ceilings and tiled flooring that makes this home feel like a traditional escape. Secluded yet conveniently located, it’s worth venturing out too – the medieval town of San Gimignano is nearby, boasting its ancient towers and charming cobbled streets.
