Set on a huge private estate amid the rolling hills of Vall de s'Horta, the setting may be rural but the feel here is sophisticated and luxurious. Spend the morning lounging by the pool, savouring those unbelievable views, and in the afternoon head to the terrace for an alfresco lunch – all those citrus trees, ancient olive orchards and almond groves serve as a reminder of the excellent produce at your fingertips. If you’re feeling active, there are plenty of walking paths nearby, lined with wildflowers and herbs. Here you'll be just a ten-minute drive from the beautiful beach at Portocolom. After a day of island adventures, retreat inside, where exposed stone, dark wood furnishings and a neutral colour palette blend perfectly with the natural surroundings.
