Without having to try too hard, this Downtown LA loft is trendy and cool. Situated in the Arts District, it would only make sense to fill this bright space with locally commissioned art pieces. High ceilings, a spacious living area and minimalist design create a sense of relaxation and ease away from the bustling city life below. Just don't expect super comfy furniture, as this home is more functional than cosy.
