Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

It can be hard to stand out in a city known for its elegance and style, but this home does exactly that, with classic sophistication in spades. Set on the fifth floor of a grand building, relax on the balcony with a glass of Champagne and take in the views over the city. Inside, we love the beautiful antiques, from bronze busts to modernist paintings. Walk along the parquet floors to the music room, where a grand piano awaits or use the ladder to climb the towering bookcase before curling up on the ruby red sofa with a read of your choice. French doors and corniced ceilings characterise the smart living room. Prepare a croque monsieur in the kitchen, where a pretty tiled table is perfect for light bites – though come dinner – it's back into the formal dining room with its oil paintings and oak furniture. Bedrooms are similarly plush, with old marble fireplaces and glass-paned doors that look out over Paris's famous boulevards. Location-wise, you're only a five-minute saunter from Luxembourg Gardens for those summer picnics and evening strolls. For art lovers, the Louvre is just over a thirty-minute walk away, while the Panthéon is just over twenty minutes on foot. C'est magnifique.
