When you imagine a stereotypically Cornish cottage, this quaint whitewashed home covered in cascading roses can’t be far from the mark. Inside, this romance continues. The soft-hued interior is cosy and oh-so-delicate, with pretty pinks and soft greys mixed with nautical touches and vintage-style furnishings. That being said, the kitchen and bathroom lie on the more contemporary side. Out through the back door, guests also get the run of a lush green garden with sea views, which you can admire while sitting on the patio with the barbecue smoking away in the background. An added bonus comes in the shape of a sea-blue summer house full of candy-coloured cushions just waiting for you to recline with a good book. In the local area, the pretty fishing port of Looe can be reached in around fifteen minutes on foot, while the sandy Plaidy Beach is only five minutes' walk. If you're in the mood for a longer excursion, the South West Coast Path is easily reached, too.
