Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
With the bleats of sheep in the surrounding fields the only noise pollution you're likely to encounter, this home has 'quiet getaway' written all over it. Found in deepest North Wales, this stone cottage inspires tranquillity, and whether you're here to hike the hills and valleys, head off for some water sports nearby or just kick back in the garden, it's the perfect choice for a family hoping to escape to the country for a while. For little ones, there's a playset to keep them busy, and local farm animals to befriend, while the hot tub provides a welcome respite for weary parents. Head out to the barn for a game of table tennis or darts, and light the barbecue on summer days so you can all eat together in the private garden. Inside, it's a delightful mix of traditional features and modern styling, with exposed stone walls and wood floors. On cooler nights, snuggle up by one of the wood-burning fires in either the sitting room or the snug, and treat yourself to a soak in the home's freestanding bathtub before bed. In the morning, don't miss coffee on the balcony before the rest of the gang gets up. It's just a ten-minute drive to the pretty market town of Denbigh and around thirty minutes to Rhyll and the coast. You'll find a golf course, horse riding centre and whitewater rafting centre all within a few minutes' drive, and the nearby villages of Henllan and Llannefydd both have good local pubs.
