Settle into the most perfect seaside location. Nestled between Abbot Kinney and Rose Avenue, you're a stone's throw from a plethora of innovative restaurants, cool bars and stylish shops. The house also comes with bikes, which are especially handy for the quick five-minute cycle to the beach, or for when you're looking to explore slightly further afield. Back at the home and you're set back off the street, with a private entrance that's separate from the main house – allowing you to come and go as you please. If you bring a car, there's parking on the back driveway, which is an added bonus. The interior is decorated in soothing neutral tones, with bright splashes of colour courtesy of the eclectic wall art, which ranges from large painted canvases to comic books and Vogue covers. The cherry on top of the cake is the lovely outdoor area, which is a perfect place to sip your morning coffee or cook up an end-of-day barbecue.
