This place has its own floating dock, where you can paddleboard the day away or simply sit back and enjoy the view. The terrace by the water is home to a gas grill and lots of comfy loungers. If you can drag yourself away from the water’s edge, you’ll find plenty to be impressed by indoors. Trips to the beach and Balboa Peninsula are best followed by a relaxing afternoon in the bright living room, where you can challenge friends and family to a game of table football. The corner fireplace in the living room is impressive, but it’s got nothing on the huge stove-style one in the master bedroom, where you can cosy up on cool nights. There’s also a dedicated workspace off the master, with views over the neighbourhood, and an en-suite that’s giving us some serious shower envy. The three other bedrooms are just as comfortable and modern, with a king, a double, and bunk beds for the kids.
