With the ocean calling in the backdrop, you’re a quick walk from the sandy beach and salty surf. If you’re a history buff, the city’s ancient Roman amphitheater and aqueduct will transport you into the past of this bustling port. Come evening, you’re perfectly placed for dining out, with everything from high-end restaurants to authentic tavernas and hip bars lining the harbour.
