There’s something about this villa that makes you think it’s got stories to tell. The authentically weathered façade welcomes you with open arms and the rustic charm continues inside between the timbered ceilings and original worn pebbled floors. That being said, the sleek granite surfaces in the kitchen and collection of colourful artwork show that isn't a home stuck in time. In the garden, an infinity swimming pool sits amid terracotta plant pots and you can enjoy a view of the verdant green hills beyond the house while you paddle. If you're in the mood to stay on dry land, you can marvel at the peaceful panorama in the shade of the outdoor dining table or while reclining on a lounger. Add to this a traditional bread oven and barbecue, and you can really embrace the alfresco life here. When you want to see a little more of Pollença, you can get to Plaça Major in fifteen minutes' walk via old buildings and narrow streets. There’s Roman architecture and churches of old that tell the tale of this historic town, and we love the bustling Sunday market, too. Even better, a quarter of an hour in the car will get you to the golden sands of Platja del Port de Pollença.
