Among the fig orchards and traditional fincas of Pollença’s countryside lies this villa. Halfway between the town and the beach, with both destinations minutes away by car, you’ll have a little slice of Mallorca's past all to yourself. But behind the chunky stone exterior and traditional tiled roof, a contemporary heart is hidden. Having recently undergone an entire refurbishment, the interiors of this ancient island dwelling are sleek and fresh. Old meets new in a thrilling juxtaposition, but our favourite area of the home has to be the exterior. Here, a barbecue casita offers stiff competition for the fully equipped indoor kitchen. It’s the perfect social spot for everyone to come together and make exciting plans for the days ahead while a glass or two of vino goes down a treat.
