You'd never know this home is new. Sensitively built among a grove of ancient carob and olive trees, it's low slung and unassuming from the outside – fitting perfectly into the landscape. Sliding doors and covered terraces look out to a standout swimming pool, while the perfect lawns are dotted with characterful old trees. This is just the place for those with a taste for indoor/outdoor living. Each bedroom opens out onto a terrace and with an array of hammocks, swing seats, sofas and dining tables on offer in the outdoor spaces, there will hardly be any need to head indoors. When you do retreat to the cool of the villa you’ll find an eclectic vibe with interesting objet d'art, colourful tiles and exposed stonework. Not to mention that striking dark wood beamed ceiling and the stone floors. Well proportioned and with incredible grounds, you'll feel you’ve escaped to your own private retreat. The beaches of Pozzallo are a short drive away, as is the medieval village of Rosolini – if you can bare to leave for the day, that is.
