This home comes with oodles of perks. With an on-site pool, gym, free parking, and security, everything you might need is ideally located onsite. There are even several restaurants and cafés, perfect for grabbing a quick bite in-between meetings or excursions. The apartment itself spacious, quiet, and cool. We highly recommend grabbing a moment to yourself in the morning and enjoy a coffee on the balcony overlooking the courtyard. The kitchen is particularly swish with its granite-topped island adding loads of extra prep space. When it comes to heading into town, you're about 30 minutes from downtown Dallas, with all its bars, shops, and restaurants. Though there's plenty to explore right on your doorstep – the AT&T Stadium is super close by, as is the University of Texas Arlington campus.
