You know you're in Florida when the sun is warm, the beaches are perfect, and your orange juice was freshly squeezed that morning. This apartment in Davie, near Fort Lauderdale, enjoys a quiet location that's perfect for family holidays or visiting the nearby university. Little ones will love the tots' area, while older ones can choose to hang out in two pools, a community games room, an outdoor lounge and a coffee bar. If you need some peace and quiet, there's plenty of space to cook, eat and chill out in the apartment. Or, if you have to catch up on some work, you'll find a desk ready and waiting for you to hit that deadline. The nearby beaches are pristine and lined with palms but, with so much to do, you may find you have little time for sunbathing. Turn inland and the Everglades National Park will thrill you with swamp buggy rides, and just 24 miles to the south, the beach and bar scene of Miami beckons. After all that, you'll need a long soak in the hot tub followed by an alfresco dinner cooked on the grill – luckily this apartment has got you covered.
