This gem of a house is at the end of a cul-de-sac in the Hollywood Hills. The rooms are wonderfully roomy with designer furnishings, cool tones and a state-of the-art sound system. An extra bonus is the additional quarters downstairs with its own bathroom, bedroom and laundry room – a great set-up for friends or family who want a little bit more privacy. Stylish and relaxed, it’s a place where you can feel at home. The kitchen is fitted out with top-of-the-range appliances and breakfast is a communal affair with seating at the large centre island or outside overlooking the garden. It’s close to restaurants and shops and, if you feel up to it, there are even hiking trails nearby. But why go out when you can lounge next to the outdoor pool and spa? And although this is Hollywood, evenings are best spent gathered round the gas-lit fire, drink in hand, watching the reflection of a different sort of star in the pool water. It’s a fantastic home that will keep everyone happy.

About Franklin Village
In the 80s and 90s there was something of a trend to affix the word “village” to many neighbourhoods and streets of Los Angeles (Fairfax Village, Larchmont Village, Los Feliz Village, and Virgil Village among them). A stretch of Franklin Avenue also received this treatment and Franklin Village was born.
