Calling all music lovers – this house in Boulder is perfect for a relaxing break or songwriting retreat with your fellow virtuosos. Play keyboard, guitar or any of the other instruments in the music room or practice your solo act with the six-string in the dining room. The theme continues in the basement bedroom, which has an electric guitar hanging on one wall and a dartboard on the other for challenging your friends to a game when the jam session is up. Kick back in the modern living room and relax next to the electric fireplace or head downstairs to the lower level sitting room and watch a film. There’s already a nature theme to the master bedroom, which has silver birch bedside tables on either side of the super king bed, but for a unique experience, you can sleep surrounded by trees on the king bed in the screened patio. Work or work out in the office and fitness space overlooking the large garden, before soaking up the sunshine with an alfresco meal on the patio and watching the sunset gathered around the fire pit by the decorative camper van.
