Perched high up in the Hollywood Hills, this gorgeous home has some of the best views to be found in all of Los Angeles. Head out onto the expansive terrace and you could spend ages just taking in the uninterrupted panorama of the reservoir, the glistening skyscrapers on the horizon and perhaps the most iconic sight of them all, the famous Hollywood sign. This vista can even be enjoyed from the inside thanks to the huge glass windows that line the walls of the property. You'll also find an impressive amount of tech around the interior, from keyless entry and smart home gizmos to top-of-the-range Miele appliances in the kitchen. However, this is one of those addresses where you can be pretty sure that you'll be outside most of the time. Why wouldn't you when there's an invitingly blue swimming pool, plenty of loungers and an alfresco seating area surrounding a fire pit? As well as that, the riches of LA await nearby. You can drive to the Hollywood Bowl or the Runyon Canyon hiking trail in about five minutes, or you can be on Sunset Boulevard in seven.
