Paying homage to the warehouses of the industrial era, this stylish New Orleans pad has exposed red brick walls and large factory-style windows. Keeping it simple with a black, white and grey palette in the living room, what’s really striking about this home is the textures – the unfinished wooden floors and rough walls juxtaposed with the sleek marble kitchen counters and shiny brass taps in the bathrooms.
