If you're looking for a quiet neighbourhood where the beach, family activities and shops are all within easy reach, then welcome to this cool and comfortable home in Dania Beach. Although it's just ten minutes to the sea, you might just find yourself staying put on hot summer days and taking full advantage of the swimming pool in the back garden. As well as being plenty big enough to fit your whole party, there's also ample seating surrounding for a blissful afternoon of basking in the sun. When guests start to get peckish after splashing about, there's a barbecue ready to be fired up, or the remodelled kitchen and spacious dining area are excellent for laying on a large feast. As it happens, you might not want to leave the perimeters, but there is all sorts happening nearby if you want an unforgettable day out. Take the plunge at a water park, ride on an airboat in the Everglades, or stroll the boardwalk at Hollywood Beach — one thing we know for sure is that excitement is never in short supply in this part of the world.
