This elevated home in Rowland Heights makes the most of its expansive views. From the balcony, the terrace and even from the bath, guests can gaze out at that enticing sun-kissed California landscape. You have space and air to breathe here, but you’re just a thirty-five-minute drive from Downtown LA. The 29-acre Pathfinder Community Regional Park is pretty much on your doorstep, and Disneyland Park is only half an hour’s drive. Inside, the main living space is a calm sea of aquamarine, blue and turquoise. From watery, ripple-effect artworks to the soft velveteen greys and turquoise of the plush sofas. High ceilings and large windows make the whole space feel spacious and relaxing. We love the church-style arch window at one end, which is echoed in some of the bedrooms. The other end of the living area is for dining, with the table looking out onto the patio, the lush garden and those wide-open views beyond. There’s an entertaining family room off the kitchen, complete with a pool table and large TV – perfect to plant the kid's in front of as they come down off the high of their visit to Disneyland.
