We love the garden with its lush tropical planting, beautiful lily pond and striking wall made up entirely of shutters, not to mention the exquisite pool with wooden loungers for lazy days in the sun. Inside, it’s all calm colours and pale stone. Dining is a particular treat here, with an in-house chef on hand to prepare three meals a day, and an impressive dining room with a dramatic high ceiling and unique metalwork chandelier. It’s hard to pick a wow feature here as there are so many, but if we were to settle on one, it would have to be the spectacular sheltered veranda. With its vaulted ceiling and lovely views of the pool, it’s the perfect place to while away a balmy Caribbean evening, or to take a break in from the sun during the day.
