This trendy villa faces the sea, and you'll soak up glittering views of the Mediterranean from almost every room. Wake up to coastal views from both bedrooms, while in the living space, glass windows ensure you're soaked in sunshine all day. The interior design is decidedly contemporary (think sleek concrete floors) with a touch of Greek heritage, such as in the warm wooden furnishings and ceiling beams. However, we don't think you'll be spending long indoors considering what's waiting for you ouside - an extensive patio area with a swimming pool, sun loungers, and hammocks, all facing the sea. You could easily spend all day here, starting your day with breakfast at the outdoor dining table and finishing with a barbecue as the sun goes down. You can't leave Greece without taking a dip in the Med though, and it's just a short stroll to Lachania Beach. We'd also recommend driving to nearby Gennadi, which hosts beach parties during the summer and is home to quaint Greek tavernas. If history is your calling, it's just a 30-minute drive to Lindos where you can visit the incredible Acropolis. However, we understand if you choose to spend all day on your own... patio, lazing on a sun lounger with a book and enjoying drinks as the sunsets.
