    Minimum stay conditions apply in order to book the property – three nights in December, four nights from January to April, and seven nights from May to October

    The only changeover day is Saturday during mid and high seasons – this is flexible in low season

    Only the bedrooms have air conditioning

    Smoking is allowed outdoors, but not inside

    The swimming pool is open between mid-May and mid-October, and is accessible via an uphill path

    The hot tub is open from late March till November – it can be opened with a prior request and for a surcharge

    You’ll need a car to be able to get around the area – there’s parking for four vehicles and an electric car charger
