This special home enjoys a stretch of prime Malibu beach just off the legendary Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) and is backed by the Santa Monica Mountains. Welcome to your dream summer getaway. The beachside abode, made up of two adjacent homes, boasts not one but two enormous decks that will be the focal point of your stay here. Spend your days lounging seaside, eating alfresco and watching sunsets from your privileged position overlooking the Pacific. Inside, the muted decor ensures that none of your attention is diverted away from that view. Get distracted for even a second, and you might miss a chance to catch a glimpse of breaching humpbacks and surfing dolphins that are frequently spotted off the California coast. Though Malibu is, of course, best known for its beaches, those mountains behind you are crisscrossed with trails for all levels of hikers. Afterwards, you can refuel at Neptune's Net, a kitsch seafood diner that serves a mean clam chowder less than five minutes' walk from your home. At the end of each day, mix up a cocktail and listen to the waves roll in as the sun dips slowly below the ocean.
