Take your Santa Barbara vacation up a notch with entry to one of the few privately accessed beaches on the Central Coast. Located within the More Mesa Shores neighborhood and less than a block from the beach, be at one with nature whether that's with home comforts in the back garden or when out exploring the 265 acres worth of trails and views for days at the More Mesa Open Space. The quiet neighbourhood is further complemented by the tranquil setting back at the house, which is adorned with chic wooden finishings, Morrocan rugs, understated artwork and carefully chosen house plants. Serenity restored and taken out through to the garden, the inside extends to the comfortable outdoor lounge areas, including a snug terrace and an enormous dining table, big enough for 12 guests – providing the perfect set-up for summer barbecues. Relax well into the evening by ending the day the right way from the bubbling hot tub, before cosying up in front of the fire place in the living room of pure serenity.
