Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Perched in the Perthshire hills, this home feels like a stately manor, across three floors with one acre of surrounding lawns. It’s an idyllic stay for several families or an extended group who want to stay together but still have their own space. Balancing both formal and laid back living magnificently, a drawing room with an open fire and games table, alongside the home's grand dining hall allows you to host more sophisticated dinners and soirees. While the plush lounge area with snuggly sofas and an extensive library is all about casual relaxation. On a warm day, step outside into the suntrap seating area and your own private south facing courtyard, which is accessed straight from the entertaining kitchen – making it the ideal spot for an afternoon aperitif. Or why not watch the kids have fun over at the playground? Better still, rustle up a family lunch to tuck into at the picnic bench with countryside views from every angle. To relax the right way, lounge by the pool during the daytime (don't worry it's heated) and unwind in the hot tub come evening. With such well-thought-out homely interiors and plenty to do on the grounds outdoors, there’s little need to leave the premises, but there’s a shop for groceries in Auchterarder a five-minute drive away, and world-class golf and Scotland’s only three-Michelin-starred restaurant await in Gleneagles, a seven-minute drive.
