• From October 1st to April 30th pool heating is included in the rates – the pool is heated up to 87ºF and runs 7A-7P

• The pool can be heated outside of these dates for an additional $50 per day – these fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival

• Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you for an additional $100 per stay
