Palm Springs is famous for its retro architecture, and this home fits in perfectly. It's recently been renovated but is still bursting with vintage style. Step through the bright yellow door, and you'll find a fabulous open-plan kitchen and living area, complete with a kitsch patterned rug and mid-century modern style furnishings. There's a foosball table for guests who are feeling competitive, and if you need to settle the score then step outside for a game of corn hole on the desert grass. The outdoor space is pretty spectacular, with a shimmering swimming pool and plenty of space to relax under the Californian sun. When the heat rises, retreat to the shady hammock with a book, or gather on the terrace for some delicious grilled food fresh off the barbecue. Downtown Palm Springs is just a ten-minute drive away, and golfers will be delighted to find that there are several excellent courses nearby too.
