We adore the city and ocean views from this stylish apartment in Funchal. There are two balconies to enjoy a glass of Madeira wine on, or have breakfast while taking in the breathtaking vistas. Inside, we particularly love the bedroom with its macrame wall hanging, mustard throw and doors out onto the outdoor space – relax on an Acapulco chair with the first coffee of the day. When you're ready to explore, it's a five-minute drive or a thirty-minute walk to chic Funchal Marina, as well as the Sé Catedral with its stunning Mudéjar ceiling. For dining out, there are an array of eateries just over 200 metres away, or if you want to enjoy some Portuguese pastries – there's a bakery right next to this lovely home.
