With its blend of mid-century modern, pop art and Art Deco furnishings, this home in Palm Springs exudes glamour and style. Built in 1976, this home has been carefully curated with comfort and elegance in mind by its owner, a lead designer for the last four American presidents. From the vaulted cathedral-style ceilings to the raised dining room, wet-bar and Marilyn Monroe-inspired master bedroom, there’s a constant kaleidoscope of colours, textures and artistic marvels here to admire against the windows’ beautiful mountain views. Step out of the living room and onto your private terrace where an outdoor sofa, table and chairs invite sunset drinks and alfresco meals surrounded by the lawn’s grapefruit, avocado, tangerine and lemon trees. Outside of your home, you’ve got access to the three communal swimming pools and hot tubs, as well as the shared tennis and pickleball courts to ramp up some friendly competition while catching those California rays. With the Tahquitz Creek Golf Course a ten-minute walk away, plenty of nearby cycling and hiking trails and Downtown Palm Springs just a ten-minute drive from your door, there’s no end to the fun and relaxation to be had here.
